I Am the owner and operator of a 10 bed and a 12 bed Residential Assisted Living Facility. Throughout my time as an ALF owner, I have observed the difficultly people have with navigating all the steps required to open. Because of a lack of knowledge and guidance some were unable to fulfill their dreams of opening an ALF.
